1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs CallFlow, operated by ALERTSIO LLC d/b/a CallFlow. It protects users, our infrastructure, and communications networks. It supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
The Service is intended for legitimate business call forwarding purposes, including:
- Receiving inbound calls on toll-free or local numbers and forwarding them to designated business lines
- Campaign-based call routing for customer service, sales, and support operations
- Call tracking and analytics for business performance measurement
- Multi-location call distribution for businesses with multiple offices or agents
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
3.1 Illegal Activities
- Using the Service for any purpose that violates federal, state, or local laws
- Facilitating or participating in wire fraud, phone fraud, or identity theft
- Violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar regulations
- Conducting unauthorized telemarketing or robocalling operations
- Using numbers or routing calls to destinations without lawful authorization or required consent
3.2 Telecommunications Abuse
- Generating artificial, fraudulent, or "pumped" call traffic to inflate billing
- Participating in International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF) or toll fraud schemes
- Caller ID spoofing for deceptive or fraudulent purposes
- Using the Service to facilitate unauthorized call recording in violation of consent laws
- Scams, impersonation, phishing, or fraudulent collection of money or credentials
- Flooding or overloading telephone networks or emergency services
3.3 Harassment and Abuse
- Making threatening, abusive, or harassing calls
- Using the Service to stalk, intimidate, or harm any individual
- Distributing spam or unsolicited commercial communications via voice calls
3.4 System Abuse
- Attempting to circumvent billing, usage limits, or security controls
- Interfering with the Service's infrastructure, APIs, or other users' access
- Automated abuse of the platform including bot-driven account creation or API abuse
- Sanctions evasion, money laundering, or concealing the source or ownership of payment funds
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
4. Compliance with Telecommunications Regulations
Users must comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including but not limited to:
- TCPA: Users must obtain proper consent before initiating any automated or prerecorded calls.
- Do Not Call (DNC): Users must maintain and respect Do Not Call lists as required by the FTC and FCC.
- STIR/SHAKEN: Users must not engage in activities that would result in their calls being flagged as spam or fraudulent under the STIR/SHAKEN framework.
- Truth in Caller ID Act: Users must not transmit misleading or inaccurate caller ID information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may review available information, preserve relevant information, and investigate suspected violations. We may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, decline or reverse transactions where permitted, report matters to appropriate authorities, or pursue remedies. We may cooperate with valid legal process as law permits. Notice to a customer may be delayed or omitted where a law, order, or confidentiality obligation prohibits it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
