Legal Request Guidelines

    Effective date: August 28, 2026 · Policy version: 2026-08-28

    1. Intake and service

Send legal-process intake and coordination questions to support@callflow.solutions with the subject “Legal Request.” This email is for initial intake and coordination; it does not waive formal service requirements, jurisdictional objections, authentication requirements, or any other objection. Do not send sensitive evidence unless we provide an approved secure-delivery method.

    2. Make requests specific and authentic

Requests should identify the issuing authority, case or matter, relevant CallFlow account, phone number, wallet address, and a narrowly tailored date range and records sought. Provide contact information and a verifiable copy of the request. We may require authentication, clarification, valid legal process, and reimbursement of reasonable costs where permitted before responding.

    3. Preservation requests

A preservation request should identify the account or records and relevant date range. Upon a sufficiently specific request, we may preserve available records for an initial 90 days. Preservation may be extended by valid legal process or a further appropriate request. Preservation does not create an obligation to disclose information, guarantee that records exist, or prevent routine deletion outside the preserved scope.

    4. Emergencies and notice

For an emergency involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, state the facts establishing imminence and provide official credentials and a return contact method. We evaluate emergency requests case by case. We may notify affected customers when appropriate, but notice may be delayed or omitted when prohibited by law, order, or confidentiality obligation.

    5. Rights reserved

We respond only as required or permitted by applicable law. We reserve all rights and objections, including objections concerning jurisdiction, service, scope, relevance, burden, privilege, confidentiality, and legal sufficiency. These guidelines do not create rights for third parties or expand any legal obligation.
